The layout of this home allows everyone to get a bit of privacy and comfort at the end of the day. The four king bedrooms are split over three levels with two bedrooms on the ground level sharing a bathroom, an ensuite bedroom on the second level, and a fourth guest bedroom on the upper level of the home with floor to ceiling windows and spectacular views of the valley. "Such a great spot for my husbands 30th birthday celebration! The house was very clean and the bus system was incredible getting to Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. The bus stop is right down the street and free for everyone. Amazing experience all around!

"Everything about the property was perfect, which is hard to say about any place. Service was spot on, as it snowed each day, there were removal guys out both days making sure the deck, spa, and driveway were cleared - very much appreciated. Had a small hiccup with spa temp and it took a quick text to took care of it by the next morning.

"Beautiful home that was very welcoming when you walked in. Soft music, soft lights and a ready to go hot tub was a wonderful start for the family. All amenities in the kitchen were provided and the extra coffee pot was a bonus! Fun place for the kids to shuffleboard, pool, games and watch t.v.

"What a beautiful home. As an Airbnb host, I can tell you Michael has done everything right. Very nice touches. We enjoyed the hot tub and what a great location. There isn't very clear instruction on where to park if the group happens to have three cars…parking a mile away is slightly inconvenient. I would stay at this Airbnb again :) comfy beds, great location, good job Mike!

"A group of us (3 adults, 4 kids) stayed at Michael's place for about a week. We were looking for a family-friendly home close to downtown Ketchum and an easy drive to the ski slopes at Sun Valley. The house was just as described — with a few additional perks! For one, it was spotless and well appointed, with plenty of kitchen equipment to make meals for 7 throughout the week. There were two bedrooms in the first floor, ideal for four children (two in each king bed) which allowed the parents to stay upstairs. There's a big family room up the stairs, including a pool table, shuffleboard table, and two TVs (!) And on top of that, the deck included a large grill with a huge hot tub that was ready to jump in the moment we arrived. Michael was responsive, helpful, and always friendly. And the location of the home was ideal — just a 15-minute walk to town and 5-minute drive to the slopes. It's also nearby the local YMCA, which is a great spot for swimming, indoor rock climbing, and more.

"We had a wonderful stay in Ketchum. The house is perfectly located, close to town but surrounded by trees with gorgeous mountain views. We had a great time with the pool table, large hot tub, spacious kitchen and cozy fireplace. Michael was always quick to respond, but we did not have any significant issues. Loved it !!!!

"Our group of friends had a wonderful stay at Michael's home over the weekend for a friend's wedding in Sun Valley. The home looked to be remodel recently and has a great MCM layout that you can't really tell from the listing photos so it was a great surprise once we got there. The bedrooms were very spacious and clean. The home offers a lot of indoor and outdoor communal spaces for everyone to hang out. Michael was very responsive and easy to get a hold of.10/10, would stay here again!
