"Michael and his team were wonderful from the start all the way to the very end. The communication was top notch, which we really appreciated! Loved that our stay came with the multiple amenity pass for the sun valley lodge inn pool. I felt like Michael and everyone that was involved went above and beyond for us! I had left some expensive swimsuits and realized it when we got back to Boise. I reached out right away, everyone communicated with me and spoke with housekeeping right away, within a week I had them alll back!!!! Not only did they not have to go out of their way to look or ask about them but I never felt like I was bothering them at all. Will for sure be staying there again next summer!!!!!!

Great Location with Pool Passes!

"Really enjoyed the location, high quality condo and the pool passes were great. The only issue it was a hot week and it the condo really needs A/C. I know these condos are old and the last one I stayed in was not as nice as this one but it had a basic portable window one that made a nice difference. At $500 a night A/C should be a minimum in Sun Valley. Still enjoyed the experience, despite the heat, and thankfully it cooled down a little in the evening.
