Things to Note:    No Smoking!    No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.    This rental is located on the 2nd Floor.    NO Parking Pass Required. Vehicles may be parked in designated parking areas. Observe the no parking signs and reserved/disabled parking spaces.    The parking of trailers is not allowed, as there is limited parking available and the parking lots are very small. There may be parking available at the River Run parking lot on 3rd Avenue in Ketchum, but it is not supervised and guests park there at their own risk.    Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.    You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

Definitely recommend and would stay again

"Perfect for two friends to have a getaway together. Unit was small, but more than adequate w washer/dryer, small kitchen, and 2 beds/baths. Unit was a little tired, but the location was perfect, and the rental agents couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

"This is a great location to stay. The kitchen is a little small along with the bedrooms. The beds were very firm. The pool area that comes with the Condo needed some cleaning. The Condo was clean and appealing. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Spacious & Comfy

"We loved our stay at Michael's condo! We rented the condo with two couples to attend a wedding. The rooms were spacious with comfortable bedding and having 2 bathrooms with 2 showers was very helpful. The location was perfect for accessing SV resort- especially attending a wedding at the SV club. However, the kitchen was small and although it was fine for cooking breakfast and basic meals, it wouldn't have been easy to cook full dinners for all 4 of us. That being said, the communication was easy. The location can't be beat. It was cozy and comfortable for a 2 night stay and place to sleep. I would stay here again!

Brilliant Conference Spot

"Brilliant spot for a summer conference in Sun Valley. The beds were really comfortable, and we loved the fresh breeze moving through the house with the windows open. Would stay again next time we are through, it must be amazing and cozy during the winter months :)
