"Michael's condo was clean and well kept. The place had everything that we needed with a comfortable living space. It was a little warm on the first night that we arrived, but that's to be expected without central air conditioning. It's centrally located so you are only a few moments away from great restaurants, swimming at the YMCA, walking/biking paths, and the river. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay here. "The place was clean, well equipped and organized. Convenient and quiet location closed to the playground, the ymca and downtown is a short walk from there Parking is convenient, just right in front.z The only thing is that it was a bit too small for us. We're a family with 2 kids and a baby. It is three bedrooms which were decent size but the common areas were a bit too small for us, so we ended up spending more time outside than we usually do.

"The stay at Michael's place was super convenient and had plenty of space for 3 work colleagues attending a meeting in town. The kitchen is well appointed and loved stocking up the fridge and having breakfast and lunch. Only challenge for this Southerner was the surprise of no AC which made the upstairs bedrooms super warm for most of the day and well into the evening even with the doors cracked open. Beautiful place and trip! Thanks

"Centrally located in Sun Valley. We had three couples stay, easily could've accommodated a fourth couple. Having three bathrooms was great! Well stocked kitchen. The two bedrooms upstairs, have a door dividing the bedrooms, but you do need to walk through one bedroom to get downstairs; worked for our group without issue. Each bedroom upstairs has its own bathroom. Great water pressure in showers. Nice sitting area downstairs for eating and hanging out that accommodates large parties. Parking is right in front of unit making transporting skis and bags very convenient.

"Michael's place is located in an excellent residential neighborhood just steps from the downtown area. The property was undergoing extensive improvements during my visit but I think once completed the improvements will only enhance the visitors overall experience.
