Experience an exceptionally clean, recently remodeled property. Today this location would be out of reach from all but the wealthiest.

This is the closest property possible to the base of Dollar mountain; this unit offers immediate access to winter skiing. Dollar mountain is home to a world class ski/snowboard terrain park and the Sun Valley Snowsports school where my son, daughter and I teach skiing. Dollar Mountain is considered the best teaching mountain in the world. Whether you want to enroll your kids in an all day ski school while you shred Baldy or you want to improve your technique on gentle terrain; this is a perfectly located condo. Walk over to the ski school in minutes and avoid the hassle that comes with loading everyone into the car.

The upper level is a large, open great room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cozy nook by the window for chatting while you cook, read in the sun or watch skiers get on the lifts The dining area has seating for six and the breakfast bar has room for two more. The living area is comfortably furnished with a wood burning fireplace and a flat-screen TV. Please note that due to fire restrictions this condo does not have a BBQ. Communal barbeques are available in the clubhouse.

The bedrooms are located on the lower level - the master suite has a king bed, a private bath, and a large flat-screen TV. The guest room has a queen bed; there is a full bathroom in the hallway. The loft provides additional sleeping with one queen and two single beds.

The condo includes 2 TVs, stereo, wireless internet access, washer/dryer. A Pool, Hot Tub, Ping Pong Table & BBQ are available for your use at the newly remodeled clubhouse. This condo is 30 second walk to the club house where the pool, hot tub and BBQ are located, but is far enough away that you aren't disturbed by noise.

Nestled in the hills overlooking Sun Valley, this condo is perfectly situated to experience the region's countless outdoor activities. Sun Valley is home to more than 400 miles of hiking trails, 30 miles of paved bike paths, and some of the most celebrated downhill skiing in the world. Sun Valley is also the perfect destination for those looking for a more low-key retreat. Unwind with a massage or body treatment at the Sun Valley Lodge spa. Flyfish Trail Creek, BigWood River or the world famous Silver Creek Preserve.

Finally snuggle up together on a sleigh ride to Trail Creek Cabin or treat yourself to a delicious meal at one of Sun Valley/Ketchum's 30 plus restaurants.

"Great location within a stones throw of the lifts at Dollar mountain. It was a spacious and warm condo that allowed easy travel back and forth from skiing to hot meals. We loved all the books, games, and movies for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and the fireplace in the living room was awesome and easy to get going. Everybody had a bed to sleep in and we enjoyed the community center space with the hot tub and ping pong table

"The property is great, great view of mount baldy. Close but not to close proximity to downtown Ketchum. People in the area were AMAZINGLY nice everywhere! We will definitely be back. Great location and scenery.

"We always love staying in Snow Creek. It offers great access to Dollar Mountain and is a quick walk or bike ride into Sun Valley, Ketchum or Elkhorn. This particular unit was perfect for our family. It's beautifully decorated, well-stocked - especially with books, games, and even a gates for the stairs for little guests. Our hosts made sure we had all the information we needed to have the most enjoyable stay possible. We'd love to make more Sun Valley memories in this comfortable condo!
