Inside the Condo

As a spacious end-unit, this home offers extra privacy and a true "home away from home" feel. The carpeted living room centers around a striking river-rock gas fireplace—perfect for cozy evenings with a movie on the 47" flat-screen TV. A suede sofa and leather recliner provide the perfect spot to relax after a day outdoors.

The fully remodeled kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and an open-concept layout, so the family chef never misses out on the fun. A dedicated dining area with a glass-top table for four is perfect for meals together.

Step outside to the large patio, where you'll find another dining table for four and a gas BBQ grill—ideal for summer evenings. A second, more private patio on the side of the condo overlooks green space, with views of the community pool and hot tub.

"Such a perfect spot to spend some time in the Sun Valley area. Great for families with older kids - had everything we needed, everything was clean, labeled and brand new appliances. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

"What a great spot! Perfect location to access the mountain and riverside paths, and cozy to come back to after a day of skiing, especially with the hot tub just a few yards away for a nice soak. Everything we could want for a family ski trip, will definitely be back again!

"Ketchum was a short 20 min ride from the Hailey airport. Uber, local taxi and the Mountain Bus Line made it so easy and much less expensive than renting a vehicle. 2 Bus stops are within 3 minutes walking from the front door of the property. And if you download the app for the bus system you can watch it in real time as you would Uber. Unit was warm and clean and no hiccups during our stay. Super friendly town. Comfortable beds. Pool and spa are right in front of unit, Quiet, well manicured property.
